David Cameron says tackling the deficit is the first step for growth in the UK

David Cameron's delivered a major speech at a factory in Keighley.

He's been talking about the economy and his plans to reduce the deficit.

It comes as Business Secretary Vince Cable hinted that it might be time to consider a 'Plan B' - by borrowing more to kick start a recovery.

The PM said he's not got any plans to change the way we're going to tackle Britain's flagging economy.
