I was born in Portsmouth, but have lived all over the UK for my job including Nottingham and London. I have two major passions in my life, football and music! I have a season ticket for Portsmouth FC and also follow England home and away. While I'm a fan of most music...my MP3 Player includes a huge mixture! Coldplay to the Beatles, ELO to Marina and the Diamonds!

When I get spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends over a drink and some food. I'm really into trying different foods at the moment! Put it on my plate and I will eat it!

1.What is on your MP3 player?

I'm really into the Kings of Leon at the moment, but have some old stuff like the Beach Boys on there too!

2. Who is the nicest celebrity you have met and why?

I would have to say Ronan Keating! He once invited me to go out for some drinks with him when we used to work together!

3. Have you ever been locked in/stuck somewhere embarrassing before?..

I've been stuck in the porch of my house. The doors locked either side of me and I didn't have any keys! I was stuck in there for about 40 minutes until a neighbour saw me banging against the window!

4. If you were on the TV show 'Come Dine With Me', what would you cook for your guests?

It would have to be my world famous spag bol! All freshly made.....I'll pass on the receipe if you like?

5. What do you like doing when you are not on the radio?

I love my football, so I travel everywhere to watch Portsmouth play!

6. What is in your pockets RIGHT NOW!?

My mobile, a petrol receipt and some tissue I forgot to take out when I washed my jeans! Oh dear!

7. If you could compare yourself to a chocolate bar, what would it be and why?

A Double Decker. ....There are two sides to me!

8. What job would you like to do if you didn't work in radio?

A Chef!

9. What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

Put Sky News on! I need to know what is going on in the world before i do ANYTHING!

10. What are you scared of?
